stayAPT Suites San Antonio-Randolph (Live Oak)

This place is great. We stayed a total of five nights and the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating was the road noise on night #1. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the 1604 construction mess and the truck traffic is laud and nonstop. We asked to be relocated and the staff were responsive and we got a new accommodation away from the road for nights 2-5. I used the gym and the laundry facilities and both were clean and well maintained. For the price, you can't beat this place. Just ask for a room not facing 1604.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this place to others.

I was a long-stay guest for 1 year and loved my entire stay there. I had no issues with my room and was treated great by the staff. The General Manager Lynn does a great job running the property and shows great appreciation to the long stay guests. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and safe environment to stay at, and I also recommend contacting Lynn. She is great!!

I'm not sure if this place is undergoing a renovation, but it certainly should. My favorite thing about the place is that it does have a full kitchen and it has liquid soap and shampoo dispensers in the bath room. They do provide you with plates and silverware and some pans and pots. It's very quiet there, although you will hear some dogs barking from time to time. It's right off of the highway which unfortunately like every other part of San Antonio is under construction but it wasn't noisy because no one ever is working at construction sites in Texas. But it feels safe there if they have a beautiful courtyard where you can do some grilling and just sit out around a fire pit. Oftentimes the person that works the front desk is in there. Think she also cleans the room so you just have to wait there 10-15 minutes for her to return. There are some people that live there long-term, but other than the chip paint in the room, a couple of other places that look pretty bad like the bathroom down in the lobby. It's a good value for the money

Staying here now for work. I will look for a StayAPT from now on. Raymond helped me get checked in and was very helpful and friendly. Good kitchen with good size fridge, real stove, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. Dishes and cookware included. Love the apt style. Very comfortable. Some minor wear and tare in the room but that is going to happen. Overall I love it. It is a 5 out of 5 place for a long term visit.

Super clean room, stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Easily accessible off the highway. Despite being off the highway, it stays quiet throughout the night. We'll definitely come back when we're town visiting family. Rachel was super sweet!!!

The rooms are set up as small apartments, with medium size refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, full size stove and a dishwasher. We were given a room that faces Hwy 1604. Road noise is my white noise, so I got lots of rest. On our last night staying I left the room key in the room. My wife tried downloading the app, but since we did a cold check-in, we had no confirmation number. I called the emergency number and received a voicemail message with a full mailbox. I was upset and thought we would miss our plane having to wait until the next morning. Finally I gave in and called the after-hours # and a representative let us in @ 11:30 pm. She even offered to go in the office and make us another key, but I saw mine on the cabinet when she opened the door. I was very apologetic and appreciative.

I recently stayed at APT Suites San Antonio-Randolph (Live Oak) and had a generally positive experience that made me miss the comforts of apartment living. From the moment I arrived, Lynn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The availability of parking was a definite plus, and I appreciated that the room was maintained in a clean and tidy condition. There was one minor hiccup when I found a window had been left unlocked by a previous guest; thankfully, someone was on hand to help close it promptly. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have dish soap available, as I felt a bit awkward using the dishwasher for just three pieces of silverware. Additionally, considering a third-party service for valet trash would enhance the convenience, since guests currently need to take their trash to the dumpster. Despite these small issues, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
